We will manage all types of residential property for our landlords including block management of apartment developments. Southport and Liverpool have an active rental market and we are experienced in the management of property within the area.

Prospective tenants should register with us and we will help to find your ideal home. Landlords can also register to utilise our bank of prospective suitable tenants.

COVID-19 Response

Initial Enquiries

It has been advised that those looking to book viewings must be looking to move within a four week period. Our staff will therefore ask you these three questions on first contact

Do you need to move?

Are you able to move within the next four weeks?
Have either yourself or any members of your household displayed symptoms of COVID-19 in the last fourteen days?

Viewings

Viewings will resume with the following restrictions:-

  • Strictly by appointment only.
  • One person at a time.
  • Only if you are moving/or need to move within a four week time frame.
  • Social Distancing must be adhered to at all times.

We will provide plastic gloves before entering the property. All doors within the property will be opened by a member of our staff, you are asked not to touch any surface when inside the property.

Strictly one person per viewing, unless you are from the same household.

A member of our staff will enter the property, open the doors and then stand outside whilst you look around.

Credit Checks and References

All checks will be carried out online via email and all forms must be completed online. We will be unable to provide a paper copy of our applications to minimise risk to our staff.

Tenancy Agreements

We request that when completing tenancy agreements inside the office, only one person comes in at a time. We also require you to bring your own pen, gloves and mask in order to protect both yourself and the member of staff with you.

We have placed desks at the appropriate distance and are installing proper signage and perspex screen to help reduce the risk of sickness.
